Impact/costs and risks of proposed decision
Currently the School lease a playing field which is due to expire in 2013. The impact of the decision is that the project will be able to proceed to tender stage ensuring completion of work by end of 2012 and allowing a ‘resting’ period of the sports pitch prior to its use. The value of the project is around £250k.
