This report sets out the outcomes of this consultation, gives details of the proposed delivery model and structure, and explains the implementation phase of this review.
The new service will meet the needs of pupils with chronic illness, or long-term or other serious medical conditions, including those with mental health needs, who form potentially vulnerable groups of pupils at risk of underachieving.
