Reason for urgency:
Since drafting the decision paperwork, it has transpired that the current provider is unable to continue to deliver the service up to the planned start time of the new contract, and as a result some gap in provision may arise. To avoid this, it was requested that this decision be subject to the formal urgency procedure which is in place as part of the County Council’s decision-making process, and agreement secured from the Chairman of the Scrutiny Committee.

sought together with an analysis of customer feedback which has all
been used to develop the service model.
