    New Ways of Working Strategy (East Kent region) and Proposal to acquire a Freehold to become an East Kent Key Office Hub

    1. Agree to the continued implementation of the New Ways of Working Programme in the East Kent region.

    There will be a staff consultation and a detailed overarching communications plan has been prepared to support the ongoing Programme implementation. An initial Equalities Impact Assessment has been produced for the overall New Ways of Working Programme and this will be further supported by detailed Impact Assessments applicable to individual projects within the Programme

    The over arching New Ways of Working Programme, previously known as the New Work Spaces programme was submitteed to the P&R Cabinet Commitee In October 2012. (Decision 12/01970 approved by Mr Gough on 1 February 2013 refers)
