Health: There are no negative Public Health implications with regard to this project, although improved access to cultural services is likely to have positive indirect effects
Further decisions: While the Memorandum of Understanding has been drafted in close collaboration with the Director of Infrastructure, decisions regarding the Corporate Property Portfolio will be taken separately by the Cabinet Member for Corporate and Democratic Services.
