    Action 5 – Produce realistic growth plans and transport strategies – by working closely with District council colleagues.

    The Tonbridge High Street regeneration Scheme is included in the Tonbridge Town Centre Transport Strategy and the scheme has been development by KCC working in partnership with TMBC.

    Action 9 – Deliver the programme of crash remedial measures, small schemes and our LSTF programme – introduce an improved process to successfully bid for funds and ensure the published programme is completed on time, budget and the right quality.

    The funding of the scheme was secured for 2015/16 following successful bidding to the LEP and we are on track to deliver a quality scheme within the budget and on time.
