Drainage and local flood risk policy statement to support new statutory role

Update: November 2016 – This proposed decision was added before legislation was approved and anticipated an element of discretion in the services that KCC may wish to provide.  Once introduced, the legislation created statutory duties and therefore no decision was required to adopt them.

A discretionary charge has been introduced for the statutory service and a separate decision was taken to introduce it.  The decision can be viewed here: https://democracy.kent.gov.uk/mgIssueHistoryChronology.aspx?IId=43383&Opt=2
