    Equalities implications: Financial Implications: There is already a financial allocation in the Medium Term Financial Plan for the establishment of a Property Investment Fund, which would be utilised to support the acquisition strategy. A holding strategy would be put in place to manage the property in the short term. Legal Implications: It is proposed that this property will be acquired jointly with Maidstone Borough Council, and appropriate legal agreements will be put in place.
