b.    Revenue:  The schools delegated budget will be allocated for an agreed number of commissioned places in accordance with the Place Plus High Needs funding methodology.

The Education and Young People’s Services Cabinet Committee will discuss the outcome of the Education Consultation at its meeting on 15 December 2015.

The proposal to increase the designated number of special schools including Grange Park was considered by Education Cabinet Committee on 14 March 2014.
