On 15 December 2015 - the Commissioning Plan for Education Provision 2016-20 was endorsed by the Cabinet Committee prior to the final version being considered and approved by Cabinet on 21 March 2016.

In accordance with the Department for Education’s Statutory Guidance (April 2016): Making ‘prescribed alterations’ to maintained schools, there is no need to undertake a formal statutory process as the proposed changes do not exceed 25% of the schools total capacity. However, the school will be consulting with parents regarding the proposed changes.

There will also be a planning application process which will provide all interested parties with an opportunity to respond direct.
