To procure two contracts for the disposal of additional county municipal collected waste, and to receive bulk additional recyclate and food waste material collected from Maidstone Borough Council

• Lot 1 - additional residual waste to be treated and disposed of avoiding landfill.
• Lot 2 - additional reception, bulking of food waste and co-mingled dry recyclables including glass collected by Maidstone Borough Council

It is proposed to give authority to the Head of Waste Management and Business Services to award these contracts in accordance with KCC’s procurement policy.
