Financial Implication
There is no direct budgetary impact form this change. However over time we anticipate that the increased competition for tenders, through the combined framework, will reduce or restrict any increase in contract costs.
Legal
The Public Transport team are working closely with Procurement on the combining of the frameworks, though market engagement events with suppliers, preparation for the DPS and undertaking the necessary procurement activities.
Equalities
No impact.
