Payment Terms
The payment terms in the contract are set at 28 days from receipt of a consolidated invoice. The pricing methodology is based on the following principles:
1. Annual number of service and inspection hours required x hourly rate
2. All mechanical work x hourly rate
3. All body work x hourly rate
4. Parts at cost plus uplift
Legal Implications:
Should the contract be agreed, the contractual mechanism will be a contract between KRFS and KCC, and Commercial Services Kent Limited, which will deliver the work on behalf of KCC. The contract duration will be five years with a possible extension of one plus one years to a total of seven.
