On 23 November 2016 the Commissioning Plan for Education Provision 2017-2022 was endorsed by the Cabinet Committee.

Financial implications: The cost allocation for the project was £586,000, but due to unforeseen cost pressures an additional allocation of £114,000 is needed to complete the project.

Legal implications: Any legal implications will be identified in the report to the Cabinet Member for Children, Young People and Education before he takes his decision to agree the capital expenditure required to provide the school with additional accommodation.

Equalities implications: An Equality Impact Assessment was completed at the time of the original decision.
