The matter was considered and endoresd at the Adult Social Care Cabinet Committee on 18 May 2018.

Financial implications: County Council has agreed £1.5m funding for the project. Externally commissioned services will be funded from a proportion of this money.

Legal implications: Delivery of the project will help the council meet its statutory obligations to the individuals affected.

Equalities implications: Project will benefit older and vulnerable people.
